Frozen Baked Goods
Our frozen cakes are produced under constantly controlled temperature through 4.0 technologies. This allows us to maintain complete control of the production process, guaranteeing the continuity of the cold chain. In our production plant, there are cooling systems which guarantee the conservation and suitable storage of our baked goods at a controlled temperature of -21°C.
The final result is the production of high quality frozen baked goods which keep the structure and nutritional value intact in time. Finally, the freezing process guarantees the safety of the food giving it a longer shelf life compared to that of fresh products.
