Il Dolce Forno started as a small, local business and in time transformed into a well-structured company
which expanded its array of baked goods and meant acquiring greater market share.
The new production plant means we can guarantee a high daily output, faster immediate delivery
and greater safety compared to market standards.
Thanks to the new research & development department, we are able to create and customize
cakes, mini-cakes, single-serve tarts, short crust pastry, frittelle and
other wholesale pastries while following continuously evolving,
specific client and market requests.
A while ago, Il Dolce Forno started the certification
process for its products and productions systems so
as to ensure high quality levels and the attainment
of the IFS Food safety certification.
At the same time, the new quality control department
was implemented to control raw materials and finished
products and periodically inspect suppliers.
Our goal is to constantly improve all our processes
to guarantee quality production and the best baked
goods and pastries on the market for our mass market
retailer and hotel and catering clients.
