Since the 50′s Il Dolce Forno has been promoting the excellence of its pastry production, combining the continuous innovation of production processes and control, with the artisan “style” that defines our baked goods.

We are artisans and producers of frozen and fresh pastries working both for the retail channel and food service, ensuring to all customers, high quality baked products produced with the highest levels of food safety.

In September 2019, the new plant was inaugurated, with an exponentially increased production capacity of desserts, thanks to the installation of new production lines.

Thanks to the new product development department, we also have the ability to create and customize cakes following the specific requests of customers and the ever-changing market.

Eleonora and Samuele, the third generation, have decided to face with the same passion and determination that their father conveyed to them, the challenge of making the company international, bringing the Italian goodness in the world.

PRODUCTION OF FRESH AND FROZEN CAKES AND DESSERTS

The flexibility of our production lines allows the production of a very high variety of fresh and frozen desserts such as cakes, mid-sized cakes, single-portion tarts, tarts, frittelle, muffins, strudel, chocolate salami and other baked goods, both branded Il Dolce Forno and private label.

The qualitative excellence of our pastry production, with which we supply the large-scale retail trade and the Horeca channel, has been achived thanks to a continuous process innovation but always maintaining an artisan “style” that distinguishes our bakery products, rich in goodness and tradition.

FROZEN LINES FOR HORECA MARKET

Dolce Forno offers two different lines of frozen products for the Horeca and Food & Service markets.

Italysù, refined and innovative proposals for a line of high-end semifreddo and frozen pastries. Innovative proposals developed starting from the historical and traditional recipes of Nonna Jole, who founded our company more than 50 years ago, and developed thanks to the experience of our pastry chefs.

Sweetangelo, whose name pays homage to the second generation of the company, offers a line of frost bakery products strongly linked to the Italian confectionery tradition, maintaining a strong artisanal attitude in the development of each product.

CERTIFICATIONS OF OUR PASTRY PRODUCTS

Il Dolce Forno has always adopted the HACCP system as a standard for the constant verification of each stage of the production process and control, to ensure its customers high quality products that comply with contractual specifications and the highest levels of food safety.

A while ago, Il Dolce Forno started the certification
process for its products and productions systems so
as to ensure high quality levels and the attainment
of the IFS Food safety certification, as well as being certified UTZ Cacao and FDA.

Thanks to the new quality control department, strict management protocols for the analysis of raw materials and finished products have been implemented and regular visits to suppliers are organized.

Our goal is to constantly improve all our processes
to guarantee quality production and the best baked
goods and pastries on the market for our mass market
retailer and hotel and catering clients.
