STORAGE AND SERVING DIRECTIONS
Take the Frozen Mid-Sized Ricotta Cake out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C for 8-10 hours to thaw. Must be eaten within 48 hours.
Once thawed, the Frozen Mid-Sized Sacher Cake must not be frozen again.
Available also as frozen raw product to bake at 180° – 50 minutes.
