Description

STORAGE AND SERVING DIRECTIONS
Take the Ricotta Cheese Crostata out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C for 8-10 hours to thaw. Must be eaten within 72 hours.
Once thawed, Ricotta Cheese Crostata must not be frozen again.
The Ricotta Cheese Crostata is available raw frozen to bake in the oven at 180° – 50 minutes.
