Frittelle with or without filling for Restaurants Bars Food Service and Large-scale Distribution

Frittelle are a typical recipe of the Venetian tradition.
The delicious dough is turned into a sweet frozen dessert made with flour, eggs, butter and sugar fried in seed oil.

Our frittelle can be stuffed with raisins, filled with cream or zabaglione, or stuffed according to your needs.

Take the Frittelle out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C for 8-10 hours to thaw or in microwave oven for 2 minutes (a quantity of 250gr of frittelle at a time). Take out of the fridge and sprinkle with icing sugar. Must be eaten within 48 hours.
Once thawed, the fritelle must not be frozen again.
