Our Frozen Mid-Sized Lemon Cake is a soft lemon tart with a creamy lemon curd centre on a shortcrust pastry base and topped with a layer of plqum cake and icing sugar.

Description

STORAGE AND SERVING DIRECTIONS
Take the Mid-Sized Lemon Cake out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C for 8-10 hours to thaw. Must be eaten within 48 hours.
Once thawed, the Frozen Mid-Sized Lemon Cake must not be frozen again.

Available also as frozen raw product to bake at 180° – 60 minutes.
